As part of the cloud engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain the core services of a cloud-native data platform, enabling businesses to harness the full potential of their data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Build Scalable Cloud Solutions – Develop and maintain microservices, pipelines, and data stores within a robust cloud environment.
- Solve Large-Scale Engineering Challenges – Drive impactful technical decisions in cloud and data engineering.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with domain experts to create scalable and efficient cloud services.
- System Optimisation – Enhance performance, availability, and efficiency of cloud-based data platforms.
- Quality-Driven Development – Write well-tested, self-documenting code to maintain high engineering standards.
What You Bring
- A degree or equivalent experience in cloud development.
- Strong expertise in programming languages for cloud microservices.
- Proven experience in Python, cloud engineering, scalability, and data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Ability to lead technical projects, make strategic decisions, and drive high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative and communicative approach.
