About the Role

As a Front-End Engineer, you'll join a small, high-impact product team with strong engineering values. You'll help ship well-architected features, contribute to frontend excellence, and be part of a team that truly values autonomy, ownership, and delivery.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate on the design, build, testing, and delivery of user-focused product features.
- Work autonomously while taking ownership for technical decisions and outcomes.
- Investigate and resolve bugs, write functional and comprehensive automated tests.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared frontend standards.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and ideas clearly within your cross-functional team.
- Break down complex requirements into structured, achievable tasks.
- Continuously improve development practices and help maintain team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Must Have:
- Humility, integrity, curiosity, and the drive to support your teammates.
- Experience in JavaScript or another structured language (Python, Java, C#, etc.).
- Familiarity with one or more JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Should Have:
- Experience with Agile workflows.
- Ability to break down and solve complex technical problems.
- Understanding of automated testing practices (unit and integration).
- Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
- Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with React or React Native.
- Experience working with Python, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
- 5+ years in a professional development role.
- Background from university, bootcamp, or self-taught path.
