We are looking for a strategic and delivery-focused leader to join our clients fast-growing team as Head of Cyber Security Consulting. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll lead the planning and delivery of client engagements, manage a growing team, and ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
You'll set the strategic direction for the cyber consulting services, drive innovation, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day delivery of cyber security consulting projects across a diverse client base.
* Drive the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the cyber security consulting practice.
* Provide strong and supportive line management to the consulting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery and long-term relationship development.
* Identify growth opportunities, develop new offerings, and lead go-to-market strategies to expand the business unit.
* Manage team resourcing, capacity planning, and recruitment to support delivery and business expansion.
* Monitor and report on KPIs, utilisation, and project financials to ensure profitable delivery.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving threats to maintain a best-in-class consulting approach.
Experience:
* Proven experience leading cyber security consulting services within a professional services or in-house environment.
* Strong track record in project delivery, client engagement, and commercial leadership.
* Deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, threat landscapes, and risk management principles.
* Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
* Commercially astute, with experience growing revenue and shaping service offerings.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
