Job Title: Principal TypeScript Engineer

Overview:
We're hiring a Principal TypeScript Engineer to join one of the most talented engineering teams in Northern Ireland. This is a rare opportunity to work fully remotely on an internal platform that's setting the benchmark across our client's industry. You'll lead front-end architecture and delivery across complex features, working with modern tooling and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the technical direction of a highly performant and scalable TypeScript-based platform.
Own architecture decisions across the frontend stack and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
Contribute to a strong engineering culture through mentorship, code review, and technical leadership.
Leverage cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to enhance platform performance and scalability.
Requirements:
Strong commercial experience in TypeScript with a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks and tooling.
Proven leadership in building robust, production-grade web applications.
Solid knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Experience working in high-performing teams or fast-paced product-led environments.
Passion for clean, scalable code and solving complex technical challenges.
