Owning the deployment and integration of key data tools - e.g. dbt Core, Airflow, Airbyte, Snowflake
Using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) to automate deployment across environments
Working closely with DevOps and engineering teams to improve release pipelines, CI/CD, and observability
Establishing controls and tooling to support uptime, monitoring, and incident response
Leading or supporting platform upgrades, performance tuning and optimisation
Identifying and resolving platform-related issues and ensuring data platform security and compliance
Staying ahead of emerging data infrastructure trends and best practices
Tech you'll be working with:
Cloud: Azure and AWS
Data tooling: Snowflake, dbt Core, Airbyte, Airflow
IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation (or Bicep)
Containers & OS: Docker, Linux-based platforms
CI/CD: Azure DevOps pipelines, automation scripting
What we're looking for:
Experience in a Data Platform, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps-style engineering role
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code - particularly Terraform or CloudFormation
Exposure to data platforms and tooling (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Airflow etc.)
Knowledge of Linux environments and containerisation
Familiarity with networking and security practices in cloud-based systems
Proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional environment
Location: Remote-first, with optional team meetups (UK/Ireland)
