Product Manager - Financial Solutions

What you'll be doing:
* Defining product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Identifying market opportunities and shaping roadmaps to maximise customer and business impact
* Managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and setting acceptance criteria
* Leading discovery, gathering customer insights, and validating new ideas
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver and iterate on features using Agile practices
* Balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy
What you'll bring:
* 3+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful launches
* Customer-focused mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
* Strong collaboration skills, working closely with engineering and commercial teams
* Understanding of modern technology trends, ideally with exposure to AI/ML
* Clear communicator, comfortable translating complex problems into practical solutions
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of financial systems or integrations with external finance platforms
* Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and design thinking
* Experience with prototyping or wireframing tools
