The Opportunity

We're hiring a Front-End Engineer with strong experience in React and TypeScript to join a high-performing engineering team. You'll be designing and building modern, user-focused interfaces that directly solve business problems and scale for future growth.

You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from rapid prototyping in Figma through to delivery and automated testing , in a collaborative, Agile environment where engineering quality really matters.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain web-based UIs with React and TypeScript

  • Deliver production-grade code with a focus on automated testing (unit and integration)

  • Collaborate with BAs, QA Engineers, and PMs to deliver business-aligned solutions

  • Create prototypes and wireframes in Figma (or similar) for feedback and iteration

  • Contribute across the full lifecycle, helping develop and share T-shaped skills across the team

  • Promote Agile practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

  • Maintain clear documentation of code, processes, and systems

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in professional web application development

  • Recent hands-on experience with React functional components (other frameworks considered)

  • Strong background in writing unit and integration tests for UIs

  • Familiarity with contract-first design methodologies

  • Comfortable working with wireframing tools (Figma or similar)

  • Experience with Next.js or other isomorphic frameworks (preferred)

  • Exposure to monorepo tooling (NX, Yarn workspaces, etc.)

  • Experience working in Agile environments with strong delivery focus

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and design UIs that deliver business value

  • Knowledge of AWS solutions (beneficial)

Nice to Have

  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency and solid CSS skills

  • Awareness of UX and accessibility principles

  • Experience with Git (version control) and JIRA (backlog management)

  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
