The Opportunity

We're hiring a Recruitment Co-ordinator with a strong data focus to support the smooth running of contractor hiring and temporary staffing operations. You'll be at the heart of the process , maintaining accurate records, managing contractor pipelines, tracking availability, and ensuring the recruitment team has the data and insights needed to deliver effectively.

This role suits someone highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain the contractor register within the CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up to date

  • Track availability of temporary staff and provide regular updates to the recruitment team

  • Support in negotiating and agreeing contractor day rates with candidates and stakeholders

  • Manage recruitment pipelines, ensuring clear visibility of candidates at each stage

  • Create and maintain an alumni talent pool of suitable contractors for future opportunities

  • Produce regular reports and insights on availability, placements, and pipeline health

  • Provide administrative support for compliance, on-boarding, and record-keeping

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, contractor management, or a data-focused support role

  • Strong experience using CRM or ATS platforms to manage candidate records and pipelines

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels

  • Confident with data analysis, reporting, and presenting availability insights

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data-heavy tasks

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
