Data Engineer
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Eligibility: Must have valid right to work in the UK or Ireland (no sponsorship available)
We're partnering with an innovative AI and automation company that's scaling fast and building the next generation of intelligent testing and optimisation tools. They're looking for a Data Engineer to help shape and manage the data infrastructure that powers their platform - someone who enjoys building pipelines, optimising performance, and working closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to bring ideas to life.

What you'll be doing:
* Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning workloads
* Manage data ingestion, transformation, and storage across cloud platforms
* Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionise data workflows
* Monitor and optimise database performance, scalability, and reliability
* Contribute to data architecture design and best practices
* Help ensure data quality, security, and governance across systems
What you'll bring:
* Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in ETL/ELT tools or frameworks
* Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Spark, or similar)
* Solid understanding of data modelling, APIs, and integration methods
* Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working on innovative AI-driven products
