Data Scientist
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

What you'll be doing:
* Analyse and model large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insights
* Develop and validate predictive models that improve automation performance
* Work closely with ML and software engineers to deploy data-driven solutions
* Experiment with feature engineering, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics
* Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Contribute to product innovation through data storytelling and hypothesis testing
What you'll bring:
* Experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, or applied data science
* Strong skills in Python, SQL, and analytical libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or scikit-learn
* Ability to work with cloud-based data tools and pipelines (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
* A creative, experimental mindset with strong attention to detail
