Sales Lead

Salary: €50-60k base + generous OTE

Our client is a fast-growing technology and services business providing innovative home and lifestyle solutions to customers across Ireland. With an expanding product range and a focus on digital-first customer engagement, they're seeking a Sales Lead to help scale their residential market presence through strong partnerships and optimised sales strategies.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Residential Sales, you'll oversee multiple third-party sales channels, including brokers, affiliates, contact centres, and field sales partners. You'll drive growth through relationship management, commercial negotiation, and data-driven insights-ensuring each channel delivers measurable value and contributes to overall acquisition targets. Regular travel across Dublin to meet with partners will be expected.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise external sales channels to deliver against acquisition goals
* Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key partners and resellers
* Develop and execute channel strategies that align with wider business objectives
* Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate with internal marketing and digital teams to support lead-generation activity
* Monitor channel performance and report on KPIs with recommendations for improvement
About You
Key Criteria
* Proven experience in channel management, business development, or indirect sales
* Strong commercial and analytical skills with a history of exceeding targets
* Skilled at building relationships and managing performance with third-party partners
* Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Desirable
* Experience within consumer services, telecoms, fintech, or subscription-based industries
* Familiarity with online comparison, field sales, or affiliate-driven customer acquisition models
