We're looking for a Software Application Support Engineer to join a fast-moving environment supporting high-performance trading and infrastructure systems used by leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for complex software applications and client systems
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions
- Support client onboarding and configuration
- Collaborate with global teams to improve reliability and performance
What We're Looking For
- Strong Linux experience - essential
- Background in software or application support
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or trading environments (desirable)
- Scripting or networking knowledge a bonus
