Project Manager - Belfast (Hybrid, 2 Days Onsite)

We're working with a leading Northern Ireland financial services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. They're modernising core systems, improving operational resilience, and enhancing customer experience through new self-service capabilities and smarter internal processes.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll lead business and technology change projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring consistent project management standards and successful transition to business-as-usual. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact across enterprise systems and operations while working in a supportive, people-focused environment.
What you'll be doing
Manage end-to-end project delivery across digital and business transformation initiatives
Work with business, IT, and third-party teams to define requirements, scope, and milestones
Prepare and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery
Support testing, documentation, and training to embed change effectively
Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations across departments
Promote best practice in project management, helping strengthen internal processes
What you'll bring
Proven experience managing business and/or technology change projects
Strong understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Experience working on digital, systems, or process improvement projects
Skilled in using MS Project or similar tools to track progress and report outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
