Project Manager - Belfast (Hybrid, 2 Days Onsite)
Up to £65,000

We're working with a leading Northern Ireland financial services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. They're modernising core systems, improving operational resilience, and enhancing customer experience through new self-service capabilities and smarter internal processes.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll lead business and technology change projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring consistent project management standards and successful transition to business-as-usual. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact across enterprise systems and operations while working in a supportive, people-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across digital and business transformation initiatives

  • Work with business, IT, and third-party teams to define requirements, scope, and milestones

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation

  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery

  • Support testing, documentation, and training to embed change effectively

  • Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations across departments

  • Promote best practice in project management, helping strengthen internal processes

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience managing business and/or technology change projects

  • Strong understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

  • Experience working on digital, systems, or process improvement projects

  • Skilled in using MS Project or similar tools to track progress and report outcomes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
