Senior Data Scientist
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

We are working with a high-growth technology company as they continue to grow their analytics team in Belfast. They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to take on complex modelling challenges and help shape how data is used across the organisation. You'll work on projects that directly influence product, performance, and strategy - with plenty of freedom to experiment and drive new ideas.

What you'll be doing:
- Build and deploy predictive models that support decision-making and optimisation
* Work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven solutions
* Explain findings and model performance to both technical and non-technical teams
* Improve modelling processes, tools, and experimentation workflows
* Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to shaping team standards
What you'll bring:
- Solid experience in applied Data Science
* Strong Python or R skills, plus solid SQL
* Experience deploying ML models into production environments
* Strong grasp of statistics, modelling, and experimentation
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
