Business Analyst
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

This is an opportunity to join a large, established organisation undergoing significant change, where business transformation and delivery really matter. Sitting within a central PMO function, this role offers exposure to high-profile programmes and the chance to influence how projects are shaped, delivered, and embedded across the business.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to improve processes, support major initiatives, and help ensure projects land with real impact. It's a varied role with scope to step into project ownership when required.

What you'll be doing:
* Working with stakeholders to analyse, map and improve business processes
* Leading requirements-gathering activities and translating needs into clear documentation
* Acting as the bridge between business users and technical teams
* Supporting and, at times, owning elements of project delivery
* Driving change initiatives and supporting implementation
* Supporting project managers to deliver on time and within scope
* Conducting post-implementation reviews to identify continuous improvements
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience capturing, documenting and managing business requirements
* Confidence working across technical and non-technical teams
* A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
Nice to have:
* Business Analysis certification
* Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
* Degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
