Product Manager
Location: Belfast / Hybrid

We're working with a scaling, product-led SaaS business that's building a globally adopted platform used across multiple international markets. As they continue to invest in their product function, they're hiring a Product Manager to take real ownership of strategy and delivery.
This role suits someone who blends commercial thinking with hands on execution, a Product professional who can define vision, prioritise effectively, and work cross functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll be doing:
* Define and shape product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
* Lead discovery, turning customer problems into clear product opportunities
* Own and prioritise the product backlog using structured frameworks (e.g. RICE)
* Work closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial and Customer teams
* Drive iterative delivery using Agile methodologies
* Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy
What you'll bring:
* Solid experience in Product Management within SaaS or technology environments
* Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
* Experience defining product vision and measurable success metrics
* Confident stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
* Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
* Analytical, data-informed approach with a strong customer focus
