Head of Marketing - B2B Agritech Startup

Are you as comfortable discussing farm operations as you are building demand generation engines? Can you translate complex agri-tech products into compelling stories and confidently appear on podcasts or videos?

My client, a fast-growing B2B Agritech startup, is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and thought leadership efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution

  • Build brand authority and customer storytelling (case studies, podcasts, webinars, videos)

  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth (ABM, digital campaigns, content, SEO)

  • Translate complex product features into practical value for growers and agri-businesses

  • Shape PR strategy, industry partnerships, and communications


Ideal Candidate

  • 3-4 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in AgTech, SaaS, or data-driven startups

  • Strong commercial mindset and data-driven decision making

  • Confident on-camera communicator

  • Understanding of agriculture, supply chains, or farming operations

  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and able to scale marketing from the ground up

Bonus: experience with AI, precision agriculture, or network in Agritech
