My client, a fast-growing B2B Agritech startup, is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and thought leadership efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution
Build brand authority and customer storytelling (case studies, podcasts, webinars, videos)
Drive demand generation and pipeline growth (ABM, digital campaigns, content, SEO)
Translate complex product features into practical value for growers and agri-businesses
Shape PR strategy, industry partnerships, and communications
Ideal Candidate
3-4 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in AgTech, SaaS, or data-driven startups
Strong commercial mindset and data-driven decision making
Confident on-camera communicator
Understanding of agriculture, supply chains, or farming operations
Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and able to scale marketing from the ground up
Bonus: experience with AI, precision agriculture, or network in Agritech
