We are hiring an ambitious IT Recruitment Consultant to join the fastest growing and most experienced IT recruitment team in Northern Ireland.
The Opportunity
OCHO specialises across Cyber Security, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and broader IT Infrastructure. We partner with some of the most exciting and technically ambitious businesses in the market.
You will step into a live, high demand technology ecosystem with access to established client relationships and real hiring volume.
This is not a "sit and wait" desk.
This is a build, grow, and own your market role.
What We're Looking For
- Previous IT recruitment experience within an agency environment, or a strong desire to move into IT recruitment and build a long term career in the tech market
- Genuine interest in Cyber, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure
- Competitive, driven, and commercially aware
- Coachable, resilient, and growth focused
