Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Role
This is not a traditional diary-management position. It is a high-trust, high-impact role at the centre of the organisation.
You will work directly with the CEO, managing priorities, coordinating executive activity, and ensuring seamless communication across leadership, clients, and external stakeholders. You will be a gatekeeper, organiser, and strategic enabler - balancing operational precision with sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Prioritisation
Manage a complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones
Prioritise meetings and commitments in line with strategic objectives
Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and background materials
Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for board, client, and internal engagements
Board & Leadership Coordination
Coordinate board meetings and executive leadership sessions
Prepare and distribute board documentation
Track actions and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders
Draft professional correspondence and executive communications
Support investor and client-facing interactions where required
Operational Excellence
Streamline processes to improve executive efficiency
Manage travel, logistics, and event coordination
Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong written and verbal communication ability
High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
Ability to operate calmly under pressure
Absolute discretion and professionalism
Desirable Experience
Experience supporting board-level activity
Exposure to international business operations
Background in professional services, consulting, or training environments
