We are seeking a commercially driven, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company's next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

As CFO, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in supporting scale, international expansion, and value creation initiatives.

This role requires a strong background in high-growth environments and proven experience working with private equity investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance of the business

  • Partner with the CEO and Board to drive long-term growth and value creation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity stakeholders and investors

  • Lead funding rounds, refinancing, and capital structuring initiatives

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting

  • Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks

  • Drive commercial decision-making through data-led insight and analysis

  • Support M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration (if applicable)

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader within the technology sector

  • Demonstrable experience working in a private equity-backed environment

  • Strong track record of supporting fundraising, investment rounds, or exit processes

  • Experience scaling a high-growth business

  • Deep understanding of financial governance, controls, and risk management

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience operating at Board level
