End User Computing Analyst

Belfast | Hybrid

Our client is seeking an End User Computing Analyst to join their Business Applications & Deployment team. You'll play a key role in testing, packaging, deploying and supporting desktop applications across the business, ensuring a secure, stable and up-to-date end-user environment.

The Role:

  • Test, configure, package and deploy new software
  • Manage and maintain the corporate desktop image
  • Provide 3rd line support across OS and application issues
  • Maintain the integrity of the software estate and troubleshoot incidents to resolution
  • Ensure regular OS and application patching in line with InfoSec standards

Key Requirements:

  • SCCM deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
  • AdminStudio packaging experience
  • Windows 10 design and configuration
  • 3rd party patching tools (e.g. SCUP)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Strong Active Directory & Group Policy knowledge
  • Proven 3rd line troubleshooting capability
  • Experience with XenApp/XenDesktop/VDI (beneficial)
