Full Stack Software Engineers ( 10 Roles )

Overview

We are working with a rapidly growing technology organisation that is scaling its engineering team in Northern Ireland. The company is investing heavily in its product platform and is hiring several Full Stack Software Engineers to help design and build the next generation of cloud-native software products.

Engineers will join cross-functional teams working on complex, distributed systems and large scale data platforms. The environment is highly collaborative, with engineers working closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to take ideas from concept through to delivery.

This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging problems while contributing to a platform that supports real world operational workflows at scale.

The Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development and delivery of platform capabilities across a large scale cloud based product ecosystem.

You will work across both backend services and modern frontend applications, helping to build reliable, scalable systems that deliver meaningful value to users.

Engineers are encouraged to take ownership of features and services, contribute to architectural discussions and support the continuous improvement of engineering practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver scalable software across backend and frontend systems

• Develop reliable and scalable APIs and services

• Build modern user interfaces using contemporary frontend frameworks

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to take ideas from concept to delivery

• Contribute to technical discussions around system design and architecture

• Ensure high quality code through testing, observability and monitoring

• Support and mentor other engineers across the team

• Contribute to engineering culture and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 7+ years of experience building production software

• Strong experience designing scalable APIs and backend services

• Experience working on SaaS or large scale product platforms

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud environments

• Experience working within Agile product teams

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams

Technology Stack

The engineering environment includes a modern cloud-native stack such as:

• Python

• TypeScript

• React

• AWS

• Kubernetes

• Kafka

• PostgreSQL

• DynamoDB

• Kinesis

Engineers are not required to have experience in every technology listed, but should be comfortable learning and working across a modern distributed stack.
