Senior Strategic Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key financial services clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small pool of high-value strategic accounts within the financial services industry, building strong long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams across sales, product, and customer success to ensure clients maximise the value of the platform and services while supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic financial services clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within client organisations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Develop account growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of client environments, priorities, and industry trends
- Support contract renewals and ensure long-term client retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Enterprise Account Manager role
- Experience working with financial institutions or clients within the financial services sector
- Demonstrated success in account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
