Enterprise SaaS | Financial Services | Growth & Expansion

Base salary up to £110,000 + £20,000 PRP + uncapped accelerator

The Opportunity

This is a senior commercial role focused on driving growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within financial services organisations, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships while also driving new revenue within your account base.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role.

This is a high-impact, commercially driven position for someone who understands how to navigate complex organisations, build pipeline within accounts, and convert insight into revenue.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across financial services
  • Drive revenue through upsell, cross sell, and strategic expansion initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Lead commercial conversations that uncover business challenges and position solutions effectively
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive long-term growth
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle from discovery through to close and renewal
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery while identifying further opportunities
  • Maintain a strong pipeline within accounts and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Represent the business in high-value client engagements and strategic discussions

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial Strength
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
  • Strong experience managing and growing high-value accounts
  • Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to build pipeline within existing accounts and convert to revenue
  • Experience selling into financial services or regulated environments
  • Client Engagement
  • Confident operating at senior stakeholder level
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Ability to influence decision makers and shape demand
  • Comfortable leading workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic reviews
  • Execution
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes
  • Commercially sharp with the ability to prioritise high-value opportunities
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment
