You'll join a small, high-impact engineering team with real ownership across the product, from feature development to influencing technical direction.
This is ideal for an engineer who wants to move beyond just coding and take on more ownership across delivery and systems.
The Role
- Build scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)
- Develop APIs powering a high-usage SaaS platform
- Work across the full development lifecycle (design → build → release)
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
- Collaborate with distributed teams and DevOps
Tech Stack
Java (Spring Boot), AWS, CI/CD, APIs, React / Docker
What You'll Need
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- Strong Java (Java 8+)
- API / backend development experience
- Exposure to cloud (AWS ideal)
- Interest in ownership + progression
