The Role
A hands-on Product Manager position with genuine strategic weight. You will take ownership of product vision, strategy and roadmap, lead discovery and delivery across the full product lifecycle, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial and Customer teams to ship products that create measurable value. This role suits someone who blends strategic thinking with practical execution and thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where initiative and ownership matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape product vision and strategy, aligning the roadmap to business goals and long-term outcomes
- Lead discovery, turning customer problems and market opportunities into clear, prioritised product solutions
- Own and manage the product backlog using structured prioritisation frameworks such as RICE
- Generate user stories, acceptance criteria and definitions of done
- Drive iterative delivery using Agile methodologies including planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic thinking, managing scope, budget and dependencies
- Build deep customer understanding through profiles, personas, user journeys and fast feedback loops
- Engage and manage expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You'll Need
Essential:
- 3 or more years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of bringing valuable products to market
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and measurable success metrics
- Experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmap within a SaaS or technology environment
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Customer-obsessed approach, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of technology, ideally with exposure to AI and ML opportunities
- Confident stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- UK work authorisation
Desirable:
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles and a design-thinking approach to product development
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
