The Role
A well-rounded Business Analyst position working across multiple business functions to identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements and support the delivery of change initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. This role suits someone who is naturally inquisitive, highly organised and comfortable working across both strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Produce clear and accurate documentation including business requirements, process maps and user stories
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned to business needs
- Support the planning, delivery and implementation of change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Monitor and report on the progress of change delivery, escalating risks and issues where appropriate
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
What You'll Need
Essential:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a fast-moving or complex business environment
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience producing process maps, user stories and business requirements documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
- UK work authorisation
Desirable:
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum environment
- Familiarity with business process modelling tools
- Relevant BA qualification such as BCS or equivalent
- Experience with change management frameworks
