• Hybrid working from Belfast: WFH Mondays and Fridays, office mid-week for collaboration and client days

About the Company
A specialist RegTech platform helping multinational organisations navigate the growing complexity of Pillar Two, BEPS 2.0 and international tax compliance. Backed by a strong and growing portfolio of enterprise clients, the company is scaling its Belfast delivery function to meet significant market demand. The team combines deep tax and accounting expertise with practical technology implementation, and offers experienced consultants the autonomy, domain depth and client variety that larger organisations rarely provide.
The Role
As a Senior Client Delivery Consultant, you will lead complex, multi-workstream implementations for multinational enterprise clients, acting as the primary vendor-side delivery lead across the full project lifecycle. You will drive requirements definition, chair workshops at senior stakeholder level, manage client relationships, and provide governance oversight across your portfolio of engagements. Alongside your delivery responsibilities, you will bring domain expertise that enables you to challenge client requirements, shape solution design, and contribute meaningfully to pre-sales activities. Pillar Two, GloBE or BEPS 2.0 exposure is highly valued: this is where the bulk of the company's current book of work sits, and candidates with direct experience in this space are rare and sought after.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end client implementations from scoping and requirements analysis through configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare
• Chair client workshops at senior stakeholder level, documenting target operating models and future-state reporting solutions
• Define functional specifications for system integrations, data interfaces and reporting outputs, ensuring full financial control and data lineage
• Perform and oversee SQL-based data analysis, validating source data, reconciling financial results and supporting data migration activities
• Own delivery governance across your engagements, including RAID management, milestone planning and production readiness reviews
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, implementation scoping and client discovery workshops
• Mentor and provide quality assurance for junior consultants within the delivery team
• Act as a subject matter authority on Pillar Two, GloBE and international tax reporting, challenging and shaping client requirements where appropriate
What You'll Need
Essential:
• 5+ years' experience in client-facing delivery, implementation consulting, or finance systems roles
• Strong tax, accounting or finance domain knowledge: from a professional qualification, Big Four background, or sustained professional services exposure
• Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and lead complex, multi-phase implementations
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation and reconciliation activities
• A demonstrable track record of challenging and shaping client requirements rather than simply executing instructions
• Right to work in the UK and ability to attend the Belfast office three days per week
Desirable / Nice to Have:
• Direct Pillar Two, GloBE or BEPS 2.0 exposure in a client-facing or advisory context
• Pre-sales or sales support experience: demos, proof of concepts, scoping workshops
• Experience coaching or managing junior consultants in a delivery environment

• 10 POETS Days per year: half-days off to support work/life balance
• 2-week sabbatical after 5 years of service
• Pension: 5% employee contribution with 4% employer contribution
• Up to £125 per month towards a gym membership of your choice
• Private healthcare including £500 dental cover and £200 optical cover
• Life insurance at 4x your annual salary
• Tech scheme worth £1,000 - £2,000 depending on length of service
