While the focus is on backend Java development, you’ll also have the opportunity to branch into full-stack projects, cloud-native solutions, and modern frontend tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and development of scalable Java backend services
- Hands-on with code, setting standards through clean, testable delivery
- Contributing to architectural decisions and platform strategy
- Working closely with Product & Design to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong background in Java (11+) and Spring Boot
- Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
- Exposure to containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of secure, scalable architectures and DevSecOps principles
- Experience working in Agile environments
