The role

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead multiple teams through the full SDLC, from analysis and design to development, testing, and production support.

While hands-on coding isn’t required, you’ll need the ability to read and understand code, guide technical decisions, and mentor your teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance software.

 

You’ll collaborate with Product Architects, leadership, and delivery teams to set technical direction, manage dependencies, prioritize efforts, and ensure the flow of work aligns with business outcomes.

What we’re looking for

·       8+ years in software development & Management

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean/Kanban environments
  • Degree in Computer Science or related
  • Eligible to work in the UK permanently
