Role Overview
This is a high-impact Engineering Manager role focused on evolving how testing is approached across the organisation.
You’ll lead a team of QA Engineers while redefining testing strategy through AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
This isn’t about maintaining test frameworks, it’s about rethinking quality engineering from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
· Focus on outcomes: faster delivery, better quality, less friction
· Define and execute a modern Test Engineering strategy aligned with AI-first principles Introduce AI-driven testing approaches
· Improve test automation frameworks for scalability, maintainability, and speed
· Leverage AI tools to reduce regression effort and improve defect detection
· Enhance CI/CD pipelines to support high-confidence, high-frequency releases
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in an Engineering Leadership role
- Background in Software engineering (any language)
- Understanding of how AI can enhance test engineering and software quality
- Experience using AI tools to support automation or development workflows
- Strong communication skills
