The Role
This is a senior Manual QA Engineer position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of robust, reliable, and seamless software experiences.
You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to:
- Validate functionality
- Test complex integrations
- Ensure high standards of quality across the full SDLC
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding systems end-to-end, not just testing features in isolation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Test Planning & Execution
• Design and execute structured, detailed manual test cases
• Perform functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing
• Validate new features against acceptance criteria
• Own regression cycles and release validation
Integration & Systems Testing
• Conduct end-to-end testing across multi-component systems
• Test APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations using tools like Postman
• Identify, log, and support resolution of complex integration issues
Quality Advocacy & Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess quality impact
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies with a strong quality lens
• Provide clear insights on release readiness and risk
• Continuously improve QA processes and ways of working
What you’ll need
· 5+ years’ experience in manual QA role
· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
· Strong experience with integration and end-to-end testing
· Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
· Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, Jira, BrowserStack
· Strong test case design and defect reporting skills
· Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
