As Principal Full-Stack Developer, you’ll remain hands-on while shaping architecture and delivery across critical cloud-native systems. You’ll mentor engineers, champion best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and architecture of secure, scalable software products
- Write production-grade code using .NET / C#, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build cloud-native solutions across AWS / Azure / GCP
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging technologies
- Champion clean code, testing, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery principles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in C#, TypeScript
- Commercial experience with React or Angular
- Proven track record building cloud-native applications
- Solid grasp of software design principles
- Excellent communicator and natural team collaborator
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
