The Opportunity
Help bridge the gap between engineering, data, and customer success. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building automation around data delivery, and working directly with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
You’ll work alongside engineers and data scientists to improve tooling, streamline operations, and enable new product features before they’re fully developed. This is a career-building role offering exposure to modern cloud platforms and the chance to grow into a more senior technical or platform engineering position.
What You’ll Do

Own the delivery of customer data using internal tools and systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable new features and improve automation

Investigate and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures

Work with cloud-based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure) to deploy and manage integrations

Provide product insights and technical guidance to engineering and data teams

Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement across tools and workflows
What You’ll Bring

Experience in software development or technical engineering (a graduate placement will be considered as a years experience )

Python skills and familiarity with APIs and command-line tools (Unix/Linux)

Experience working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

A proactive mindset and the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams
