The Opportunity

OCHO is partnering with a high-performing product engineering team seeking a true Full Stack Engineer capable of delivering end-to-end features across UI, backend services, and cloud deployment.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative engineering environment building modern, real-time operational software where engineering quality and product thinking are highly valued.

You'll work across the full stack, owning features from concept through to release, helping shape both technical solutions and user experience.

If you enjoy broad ownership, solving meaningful engineering challenges, and building high-quality software across frontend and backend, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering full stack features from design through to production release

  • Building responsive, modern frontend applications using React (preferred)

  • Developing scalable backend services and APIs

  • Collaborating closely with Product and Design on customer-centric solutions

  • Participating in architecture discussions and technical design reviews

  • Conducting code reviews and contributing to engineering best practice

  • Maintaining performance, stability, and test quality across the stack

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrable commercial full stack software engineering experience

  • Frontend expertise with React, Vue, or Angular

  • Backend experience with Node, Go, Python, or Java

  • Experience working within AWS / cloud-native environments

  • Strong understanding of component-based UI development

  • Solid API design and backend integration experience

  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD and engineering practices

  • Product mindset with pride in shipping well-engineered features
