Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)Ocho are exclusively working with a growing tech consultancy in Northern Ireland to find a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their platform team.This is a hands on role designing, building and maintaining scalable, secure DevOps solutions across client engagements and the company's own products. You'll be at the centre of their development and deployment processes, helping drive reliability, security and continuous improvement.What you'll be doing<ul><li>Designing, implementing and maintaining scalable, reliable DevOps solutions for cloud based infrastructure, with GCP as the primary platform</li><li>Working closely with cross functional teams to design and deliver effective CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Managing and enhancing cloud infrastructure, including serverless and event driven services</li><li>Using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform to automate deployment and configuration</li><li>Maintaining version control and workflows using GitHub</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure, deployment and configuration issues</li><li>Implementing security best practice and ensuring compliance across the DevOps lifecycle</li><li>Keeping an eye on emerging tools and trends, and recommending improvements</li></ul>What you'll bring<ul><li>Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on GCP. What You'll Need
Essential:
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience building modern, scalable and maintainable web interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript and HTML/CSS, following reusable design patterns
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong knowledge of HTML5, React 16+, TypeScript 4+, JavaScript ES6 and JSX
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience delivering consistent UX and UI across browsers
