About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing cloud security organisation operating at the forefront of runtime protection and threat detection. Their platform uses advanced sensor technology to identify and prioritise the risks that matter most across complex cloud environments, serving a growing base of enterprise customers internationally. They are backed, scaling, and building something genuinely differentiated in a competitive market. The Belfast team is central to that growth.

The Role

This is a technically deep, customer-facing support role with real scope and ownership. You will be the person enterprise customers rely on when things get complex, working across multiple channels to diagnose and resolve issues spanning cloud infrastructure, containerisation, networking, and security tooling. You will work closely with R&D and Product teams, contribute to documentation, and build lasting relationships with customers. The right person will be technically sharp, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely technical support to customers via Slack, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across cloud, container, and networking environments
• Escalate unresolved or critical cases to R&D or Product with clear, well-documented context
• Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on product capabilities
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base content
• Log all interactions accurately within the support system
• Develop technical knowledge continuously through training and hands-on product exposure

What You'll Need

Essential:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, or escalation engineering role (external customer-facing)
• Strong working knowledge of cloud technologies, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, OpenSearch, and Grafana for troubleshooting and analysis
• Experience in cybersecurity with a focus on cloud environments
• Degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with eBPF-based tooling or cloud-native security platforms
• Experience working in a SaaS scale-up environment

Why Apply?

• Salary up to £65,000
• Hybrid working model, 3 days on-site in Belfast
• Work on complex, real-world cloud security challenges with a technically strong team
• Direct exposure to R&D and Product, with genuine scope to shape how support is built out
• A company with strong growth trajectory and real momentum behind it
• Collaborative culture with an international team
