This is a People Partner role with real influence. You won't just support the business, you'll help shape it. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle while driving a high-performance, people-first culture.

What You'll Be Doing
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance across all people-related matters
Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, and offboarding
Lead on employee relations, ensuring best practice and alignment with employment legislation
Support and influence compensation and performance processes
Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and values
Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability
Partner on key strategic initiatives including DEI, talent management, and organisational design
Contribute to recruitment strategy and delivery, attracting high-quality talent
Maintain and evolve HR policies and processes in line with business growth
Support payroll, benefits, and reporting activities
Play a key role across wider People Team and business transformation projects
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist / People Partner capacity
Strong background across employee relations, recruitment, and L&D
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
Advanced Excel capability (comfortable working across data and reconciliations)
CIPD qualified
Nice to have:
Exposure to UK & ROI employment legislation
Experience implementing or optimising a HRIS
Background in a scaling or high-growth business
