The Opportunity

We're partnering with a high-growth organisation operating at the intersection of technology, learning, and transformation.

This is a People Partner role with real influence. You won't just support the business, you'll help shape it. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle while driving a high-performance, people-first culture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance across all people-related matters

  • Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, and offboarding

  • Lead on employee relations, ensuring best practice and alignment with employment legislation

  • Support and influence compensation and performance processes

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and values

  • Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability

  • Partner on key strategic initiatives including DEI, talent management, and organisational design

  • Contribute to recruitment strategy and delivery, attracting high-quality talent

  • Maintain and evolve HR policies and processes in line with business growth

  • Support payroll, benefits, and reporting activities

  • Play a key role across wider People Team and business transformation projects

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist / People Partner capacity

  • Strong background across employee relations, recruitment, and L&D

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach

  • Advanced Excel capability (comfortable working across data and reconciliations)

  • CIPD qualified

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to UK & ROI employment legislation

  • Experience implementing or optimising a HRIS

  • Background in a scaling or high-growth business
